About Me
My name is Chris Taeni. I'm a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and lifestyle coach working out of, Australia with both private clients and group boot camp sessions. Having started out my studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, I soon found out that the technical world was not my passion! After considering other faculties of health to study, I soon settled on helping people to prevent health problems by becoming a personal trainer and I enrolled at the Australian Institute of Fitness.
I discovered that there were a LOT of misconceptions out there about what worked and what DIDN'T in terms of food, diets, exercise programs and so on. I developed a goal to spread the word about true health and fitness and how easy it is to be fit, strong, healthy and happy! I went on to write an abdominal exercise/weight loss program for everyone that I hoped would change a lot of people's lives through helping them with the lesser-known, effective fat loss methods.
I now have a wife and two beautiful children and I work as a personal trainer, bootcamp instructor and I also work on expanding my fitness knowledge and bringing that into a concise collection both here on my site and on the sexy abs lab blog.
